Chicken raised on pasture is truly different than conventionally raised chicken. Our chickens live like birds should-outdoors, scratching in dirt, eating grasses and bugs. They get exercise and fresh air.
Pastured chicken is truly more flavorful than conventionally raised chicken and due to the differences in how it is raised (with no injected solutions upon butchering either!), there are better ways to cook a pastured chicken.
